What is Simply Yoga?

Simply Yoga is owned and operated by Tracey Gutman who brings the practice of yoga to you!  With over 300 hours of training and experience, and the proud testimonials of a long list of committed year-over-year clients in the Atlanta-area, Tracey brings the unique benefit of experience and location-flexibility to you.  Whether you seek the privacy of a 1:1 setting, are a couple looking for 2:1 instruction, a parent looking to nurture your child with yoga instruction, or a group of friends or colleagues looking to practice in a location outside of a corporate-run studio…this is the private yoga solution for you. Simply Yoga will customize an individual or group program for you in almost any setting.

The Simply Yoga Approach:

Clients are guided through a Hatha Yoga practice and offered the opportunity to customize with their own personal needs or desired challenges through calm and encouraging instruction in their chosen environment. Tracey typically approaches an hour-long session with a series of physical poses designed to move the body to promote longevity.  Each class includes a series of poses to warm-up your body, standing postures to increase strength and balance, and seated postures to cool down and stretch the muscles. Along with the physical poses, we emphasize the breath and the encouragement to be nowhere but the present.

Simply Yoga will help you achieve the mind, body and spirit benefits of yoga that extend even beyond the mat. Whether you’re looking for a challenging workout to strengthen and tone your body, a practice that helps dissolve stress by cultivating a more relaxed mindset and ability to be more present in life - or both! - Simply Yoga will help you achieve your goals with safety, compassion and support.

YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE AND SO IS SIMPLY YOGA.  Whether you are an active full-time Mom (she can relate), an athlete looking to compliment your game with yoga, someone who sits at a desk during the day, or are recovering from an injury or surgery - everyone can benefit from yoga. Discover your greatness no matter your fitness level or age. Simply Yoga clients range from beginners to experienced practitioners, and all are welcome.

For scheduling reference, Tracey typically teaches Monday - Friday with some occasional weekend exceptions.
